路上撿紅包以為冥婚袋 被查獲鬆口氣

（中央社記者郝雪卿台中30日電）從事資源回收的洪姓男子在台中市烏日區的路上撿到裝有1萬多元紅包的皮夾占為己有，被警方循線查獲後還慶幸不是冥婚袋。

台中市警察局烏日分局三和派出所接獲報案指稱，21日晚上8時許在烏日區一處道路遺失皮夾，內有裝著現金新台幣1萬7700元的紅包。

警方調閱附近監視器發現皮夾是被一名騎乘機車的洪姓男子拾獲，通知洪姓男子前來說明時，洪姓男子坦承侵占遺失物。

警方說，洪姓男子還供稱自己靠撿回收資源維生，當天撿到皮夾後一時貪念占為己有，但心裡也很惶恐不安，擔心是撿到冥婚袋，現在被查獲，得知不是冥婚袋，反而如釋重負，全案依侵占遺失物罪嫌函送法辦外，並將皮夾還給報案人。1040830
