媒體報導，國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱近日因為競選總部主委懸缺，遲遲找不到人選，因此打算向馬英九總統討救兵，找總統府秘書長曾永權擔任主委。對此，洪秀柱3日受訪時大聲駁斥「從來沒有這回事」、「我說沒有就沒有」！

《蘋果日報》報導，洪秀柱競選總部主委遲遲找不到人，立法院長王金平、總統府前秘書長廖了以都婉拒，因此，洪打算向馬討救兵，找曾永權擔任競選總部主委。據透露，洪秀柱還希望「馬朱多擔點責任」，除了讓李四川擔任總幹事外，也讓朱的好友、前監委余騰芳擔任副總幹事。

不過，洪秀柱下午出席觀賞電影《風中家族》前受訪時，大聲駁斥「從來沒有這回事」，大家不要隨便編劇，「我說沒有就是沒有」。

洪秀柱也再度對反課綱行動表達意見，重申自己「心裡非常難過」，年輕朋友應該透過正常管道來訴求自己的意見，而課綱問題非常專業，應該回歸歷史真相、尊重國家憲法，理性探討問題，「千萬不要踰越法的分寸」。

此外，對於南部立委仍然排斥掛上與洪秀柱合照的競選看板，洪則大方表示，「這沒關係啊」，路是人走出來的，她尊重每位委員的意願和選舉策略。
